see all the civil servants are monitored....changed to different departments and removed to other ministries.....this is control...to make sure
no one person is able to wield power and get control or influence.....people are fed with silly propaganda...which they know, however can do nothing about it...why... cos there are eyes watching you...
In N Korea...you are sent to a GULAG...here in Singapore..they just remove you from the economic equation....and there goes the rice bowl...and... where do you end up.... on the streets where people are also afraid or are just too busy protecting their own rice bowl....

This is possible....when the private businesses are owned... at least partially by the government ......some profitable some maybe not....of course...profitability can be juggled in between ministies....

Now back to N Korea....it is long known this idiot is a control....a threat...a necessary threat...kept in motion by China....for it's own power....well...they just showed how....important they are....

the worst is yet to come ...IRAN...how are the americans going to handle that.....it's creating this small powerhouses which the USA is dreading most....we are just at the tip of the iceburg.....

we seriously need something like the Independence day movie to wake us up...i say.....an outside threat to pull all two eyes..one nose and a mouth creatures to come togather.......
